If pigs could fly, what a sight it would be
To see them soaring high above the trees
With their curly tails and pinkish hue
They would make a lovely contrast with the blue

If pigs could fly, they would have so much fun
They could chase the birds and bask in the sun
They could drop some acorns on the farmer's head
And make him wonder what he did or said

If pigs could fly, they would be free at last
They would not have to fear the butcher's knife
They could live a happy and peaceful life
And enjoy the wonders of the sky

But pigs cannot fly, that is plain to see
They are stuck on the ground, just like you and me
They have to face their fate, whatever it may be
And dream of what could happen, if pigs could fly.
